Delivery
All UK deliveries are free of charge. Orders placed before 5pm will be despatched the next working day by Royal Mail, if the items you ordered are in stock. Your order should reach you within 5-8 business days (Excluding Holidays). You will be alerted immediately if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay may occur.
You can have orders shipped to a different address than my billing address - the address book is a feature for all of our registered customers, so you can buy and send gifts directly to your friends and family.
Occasionally, items are temporarily unavailable because they have not been delivered to the distribution center, are sold out, or are being re-ordered. If this is the case, an item will be flagged up as "delivery within 2-3 weeks". We try our best to send out orders within our usual estimated times, but occasionally there may be longer delays due to rare circumstances.
If you are ordering outside of the UK, your package may be subject to import charges. Bucaroo is not responsible for customs/duty charges, and these costs are determined by your local customs office. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
