Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind, and find that the item you bought is not suitable, please inform us by email that you wish to return or exchange your item within 7 working days of purchase. You may then return it to Bucaroo in a saleable condition and with tags attached within 7 working days of the date of your email. You will be given a full refund (excluding delivery costs) once your item has been checked and received. All returns are at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty.

Bucaroo will not accept returns for any items that appear to have been worn and are therefore in an unsaleable condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to make a return. Please be aware that shoes and boots must be returned with their original packaging. Shoes and boots returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

Our return address will be supplied with your delivery.

Faulty Items

Customers should check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging, and should inform us immediately by, phone or email, if an item is in any way faulty. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods have been delivered to the customer in a damaged or faulty condition. Any goods damaged due to wear and tear will not be accepted. You will receive a full refund, including your delivery costs, once we have received and checked the item.

Exchanges

We can exchange an item for the same item in a different size, or for a completely different item. All exchanges are subject to availability. If you simply wish to exchange an item for a different size, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Exchanged items can only be dispatched once the returned items has been received and checked. If an alternative size is unavailable, you will be informed by email and given a full refund. Postage costs for all exchanges are at the customers's expense.

Refunds

Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products (or faulty items, as detailed earlier) will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card via PayPal, including sales taxes for all EU country deliveries. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for deliveries outside the European Community (EU).

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
